Artist in Residence

Nestled between 2 cedar trees, this rustic 396 sq.ft. cabin is tucked away in the woods amongst the ferns, wild berries and wildlife.

Constructed of 85% recycled and re-purposed materials, it contains 1 bedroom w/a queen bed, a tiny bath w/a sky lit sink and shower, a sleeping loft w/a twin futon and a tiny kitchen w/a sink, range/oven and 2 mini refrigerators with a table for 2.

It is fully furnished with the exception of cable TV and Wi-Fi.There is an AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth receiver and DVD player. Residents have access to the art gallery/theatre, painting studio, recording studio and an outdoor jetted spa.

A shared laundry facility is located in the barn and is available between 11am-6 pm, Monday - Saturday.

$200/wk Monday - Sunday

$600/mo Single occupancy

Maximum residency is 9 months. Artists may have the opportunity to exchange art and/or assistance for residency costs and can also apply for a paid residency for a specific creative purpose.

Occupants must be an artist or an enrolled art student of any medium
