Tim Stensland has been teaching at Edmonds-Woodway High School
since 1991 after working in the architecture profession full-time since 1984.
In 1988, he started his own architectural design firm, TSSdesign and continues
to consult, design and manage various types of projects on a daily basis.
His architectural design program is unique and attracts students from other
schools within and outside the local school district.
His students have won awards in state and national competitions and have been
exhibited and notable mentions in many international design competitions.
In 1998 he founded The Art Farm as place where youth could have access to art
and vocational education and training outside the public school system.
In addition, Tim has been an artist and musician since a child. His art has been
exhibited in a variety of locations including New York, Los Angeles and Seattle.
He occasionally plays the soprano and alto sax with various individuals and groups.
Tim teaches the architectural design/cad classes and art and art therapy.
We are currently accepting resumes for the following positions:
Part-time instructor for the 'afters'cool' program.
Assistant for day and weeklong summer camps.
